At Websoft IT Services Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality web, mobile, and digital solutions tailored to each client’s specific requirements. As our services involve extensive planning, resource allocation, and customization, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once work has commenced, except in limited cases outlined below.

1.General Policy

All payments made to Websoft IT Services Pvt. Ltd. are considered final. Refunds are not applicable once the client has approved the project plan, scope, or initial design and the development work has begun.

2.Client Input and Dissatisfaction Clause

If the client has provided all necessary inputs, approved designs, layouts, or wireframes, and later expresses dissatisfaction with the final output — no refund shall be issued.

This applies to all:

• Web Applications
• Mobile Applications
• Website Development Projects

as these solutions are developed only after detailed information gathering, planning, and client approval at each milestone.

3.Digital Marketing Services

Payments made for Digital Marketing Services, including SEO, SEM, SMM, or related campaigns, are non-refundable once the service period has started.

A partial refund may be considered only if Websoft IT Services Pvt. Ltd. fails to deliver the committed SEO keywords as per the written agreement. All other marketing services are strictly non-refundable.

4.Third-Party Products and Services

There will be no refund for payments related to:

• Domain registration or renewal
• Web hosting or server setup
• SSL certificates
• Paid plugins or extensions
• API integrations
• Malware protection or security subscriptions
• Any other third-party tools or services procured on behalf of the client

These are billed externally and governed by the respective third-party providers’ terms.

5.Project Cancellation

If a project is cancelled before the initiation of design or development work, a refund may be issued after deducting consultation, administrative, and resource allocation costs. Once development begins, no refund will be processed under any circumstance.

6.Service Dissatisfaction & Revisions

We encourage clients to communicate concerns promptly during the development or marketing phase. Websoft IT Services Pvt. Ltd. will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues through revisions or performance optimization. Refunds will not be issued in place of service adjustments or rework.

7.Refund Processing

If a refund is approved (in exceptional cases), it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
